INTER_415 Broadway LLC (“Company”) – INTER NYC Visitor Terms and Conditions
Last Modified: [April 29, 2025]
These Visitor Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are issued by INTER_415 Broadway LLC, a New York limited liability company (the “Company”), and govern all access to and attendance at the INTER NYC attraction, experience, and/or premises (collectively, the “Venue”). Submitting a ticket and/or visiting the INTER NYC indicates your agreement to these Visitor Terms and Conditions, as well as our Terms of Service, found at https://www.inter.nyc/legal/terms-of-service and Privacy Policy, found at www.inter.nyc/legal/privacy (collectively the “Agreement”).
1. Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. The Company does not issue refunds under any circumstances.
If a visitor is unable to attend their scheduled viewing, the visitor may request a cancellation in order to receive a credit for the value of the original purchase, less any applicable processing fees. To be eligible for a credit, the visitor must submit a cancellation request no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled viewing time indicated on the ticket.
Cancellation requests made less than forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the scheduled viewing time will be classified as a “no show,” and no credit or refund will be issued.
Instructions and a cancellation link are provided in the visitor’s ticket confirmation email. Any credits issued will be made available through the Company’s authorized ticketing partner.
Requests to reschedule a scheduled visit may be accommodated at the Company’s sole discretion and are subject to availability. All approved rescheduling requests may be subject to applicable rescheduling fees, which will be disclosed at the time of the request.
Visitors who arrive after the scheduled start time of their session may be accommodated, subject to availability and at the sole discretion of the Company. If accommodation is approved, the visitor will be rescheduled to the next available session and will be required to pay a rebooking fee prior to confirmation.
If no accommodation can be made, or if the visitor declines to pay the applicable rebooking fee, no credit or refund will be issued.
2. Waiver & Release of Liability:
As consideration for being permitted to visit and tour INTER NYC, you hereby release the company, and its respective directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, contractors, and representatives (collectively “Releasees”) from any and all actions, claims, or demands that you, your assigns, heirs, distributes, guardians, next of kin, spouse, and legal representatives now have, or may have in the future, for injury, death, including but not limited to any injury or death resulting from exposure to food or beverage allergies, food borne illnesses or choking, virus or infectious disease, theft or property damage, related to your visit and tour of the art space, interaction with staff or the use of mobile app, the negligence or other acts, whether directly connected to your visit or not, and however caused, by any Releasee, or the condition of the premises. By accepting these conditions, you expressly agree to assume all risks of injury to you, any minors in your care, your representatives, heirs, executors, administrators, agents and assigns that could arise as a result of your participation in use of INTER NYC facilities, including, but not limited to, viewing and/or use of exhibits, stairs, any equipment, interaction with staff, and participation in any and all activities at the INTER NYC.

In addition, a parent or legal guardian must execute the Company’s required liability waiver on behalf of any visitor under the age of eighteen (18) prior to admission.
4. Reselling & Reproduction Policy
Tickets may not be reproduced, resold or offered for resale. No individual video recording may exceed sixty (60) seconds in length without the Company’s prior written consent.
The use of flash photography, as well as any photoshoots, commercial photography, or commercial filming within the Venue, is strictly prohibited unless prior written approval has been obtained from the Company.
Unauthorized use of any content, including but not limited to materials created or owned by the Company, constitutes a breach of applicable copyright laws and these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves all rights to enforce its intellectual property rights and to pursue any and all remedies available under law or equity for any violations of this policy.
6. Disruptive Behavior
The Company is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and appropriate environment for all visitors and staff within the Venue. Any visitor whose behavior constitutes a disruption that interferes with the experience of other visitors, or that hinders the ability of staff to perform their duties, may be immediately removed from the Venue at the sole discretion of the Company. No refunds or credits will be issued in the event of removal.
Visitors who, in the sole judgment of the Company, appear to be unstable or under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be admitted to the Venue.
The Company reserves the right to refuse admission, service, or continued participation to any individual, for any reason, at any time, without refund.

The Company reserves the right to modify or implement additional health and safety measures at any time, including but not limited to limiting capacity, requiring face coverings, temperature checks, sanitation procedures, and social distancing, in accordance with public health guidelines or at the Company’s sole discretion.
Visitors who fail to comply with any health and safety protocols may be denied entry or removed from the Venue without refund or credit.
